He's the only one who can break the rules to fight this madman, he's what Gotham still needs.

[another pause then slowly] I guess that leaves only one option. [in heavy a tone laced with mock amusement, distantly as if directing it to someone far out of reach] I sure hope you catch the drift here.

[louder as he walks closer to the computer, the half smile in his tone almost resigned] I've been wondering if I die in your future Bruce - yeah I know you can't say. Just... if I do take care of Rachel will you? I know- well, I know now at least she'd be in pretty decent hands.

You know this network hasn't been half bad. I'm not sure what I expected but- [a thoughtful moment] Well, madness since that's the first thing everyone mentioned. Got a decent amount of that but otherwise I'd say it's been bearable.

I suppose a general 'how are you all' wouldn't be too vague? No compromising pictures of friends to post I'm afraid, call me vanilla.

[a pause like he wants to say something more but stops, turning the audio off with a click]
