Tony's right, part of Harvey knows it, fully ready to turn around and beat the clown's face in for the iron clad man. He's right but Joker's words trigger- how do you know what's right? What you thought was right killed her. Tony was a good man. Gordon was a good man.

He looked back up at Tony, pulling the coin out of his pocket even with his back to the clown. We all deserve the same chance after all Harvey. That's what law is about. "I told Bruce Tony- it's out of my hands." He punctuated the words with a coin flip, slapping the metal against the back of his hand before removing it to show the blackened side of the metal.

For a moment he stared, expression warring before becoming unreadable as he turned his back to Tony. "It's your game." He said, glaring at the Joker as he walked to the side.
